Due to the size of extensions proposed in St Albans, approx.40 m2 each, both sets of neighbours were required to apply for planning permission together and enter into a legal agreement called: a section 106 concurrent build agreement.
Both properties subsequently received the planning permission necessary to go forward with two beautifully designed extensions that sit perfectly side by side.
It was a pleasure to manage this project through every phase of development, and what a result!
