A feasibility study is a crucial element to any proposal that has tight financial constraints or that could be subject to overage clauses, taxes or density values. It is vital to the effective management of risk and must be carried out in the earliest possible stages.
Nett Assets has a set of rigorous processes coupled with extensive experience, that give our clients complete understanding of what can and can’t be achieved with an architectural project.
What to expect from an initial feasibility consultation with Nett Assets?
Within an initial consultation, it is critical we look to establish a client’s objectives and get to know them as either people or a brand. Once this has been established, we can then look to assess the proposed site and address the constraints and factors in place that will provide an opportunity or impact on any considered proposal.
We would look to discuss proposed use options, scale and density whilst also addressing the surrounding area to give an initial indication of value as well as taking into account planning policy considerations.
Following this initial consultation we then produce a bespoke proposal, specific to our visit, that highlights how we at Nett Assets would approach your project if we are fortunate enough to be appointed.
As part of an approach for feasibility and viability we frequently engage with our clients to understand covenants from their legal pack, planning restrictions, costs and taxes. This detailed approach allows our clients to have detailed conversation with us prior to our undertaking any detailed design work in readiness for a planning application, thus saving time and expenditure.
