Nett Assets are a design focused practice, based in Hertfordshire, producing award winning projects across London and the Home Counties.

The practice was founded in 2008 by Jonathan Tucker and It continues to evolve and grow, adapting to an ever changing architectural landscape.

We have worked with over 15,000 home and business owners to provide imaginative solutions which reflect their ambitions and create beautiful quality, light filled, restful spaces for people to not only live and work in but to evolve into.

Jonathan Tucker, the owner and principal of Nett Assets, has worked in the construction design industry since 1982.

Educated to HNC standard in Building studies Jonathan started in Architects Practice and moved on to chart a career path with the major Housebuilders in the construction industry.

Jonathan gained significant Construction Health and Safety training and experience when employed by the major Housebuilder George Wimpey Homes in the late 1980’s.

Holding a Director position and managing the Architectural and Engineering teams the company also trained him as planning supervisor to compliment his skills in managing the design department and achieving the companies objectives whilst ensuring the companies compliance with the CDM regulations. This training was externally undertaken and certificated.

Further training and skills in Managing Health and Safety in construction were developed from training with Barratt Homes, again a major PLC Housebuilder, when Jonathan joined them as Technical director in 2005 Barratt homes at the time utilised external advisors and this brought useful experience in the effective management of new procedures, further specialist training and reinforced general awareness of construction safety.

Jonathan ensures his business Nett Assets Limited is up to date with the latest developments in Health and safety and is able to control risks effectively on all projects.
