About Us
Nett Assets was founded by Jonathan Tucker. Jonathan has over 26 years experience in housebuilding and residential development.
5 years with Architectural practice and over 20 years working with Major PLC housebuilding companies, Jonathan began his career 1983 in the Bedford practice of MWT Architects which later became Woods Hardwick Architects and Woods Hardwick Development Consultants. Moving from there to Tarmac Homes South Midlands in 1988 as a design and planning technician, following a two stage merger with Wimpey the business became McLean Homes South Midlands then George Wimpey South Midlands. After 9 years and promotions to Senior Design and Planning executive, Jonathan moved on to a position as Senior Planning Manager with Crest Homes in Hemel Hempstead.
In 1999 Jonathan re-joined George Wimpey South Midlands as Development Director. Subsequently Jonathan held positions of Technical Director and Land and Planning Director with Kingsoak Homes and Land Director at Gladedale Homes before setting up Nett Assets Limited.
The business offers considerable experience and expertise in Architectural design, Site layout design. Specialising in maximising coverage, improving bidding success and delivering sucessful design.
